Dino D. Lanno - Safelite Solutions Senior Vice President

Dino Lanno joined Safelite® Group in November 1989 and has held numerous leadership positions in the company. Effective May 2015, Lanno was named senior vice president of the Safelite® Solutions business unit, a multi-faceted vehicle and glass claims management service organization providing claims management solutions for the nation’s leading fleet and insurance companies.

In this role, he is responsible for strategic and national account sales and client relationships, the national contact center operations and strategic direction of claims management services. This team has previously been honored with a number of industry recognitions, including:

Previously, Lanno served as senior vice president of Safelite’s manufacturing and supply chain for 8 years and is an expert in the areas of procurement, supply chain, materials management, sales, warehousing/distribution, and logistics. He has worked many years in both field operations, as well as the company's home office, and he was instrumental in developing and executing the award-winning strategy to redefine the size, scope and complexity of Safelite’s supply chain bringing unrivaled inventory availability, quality and service to the business. Over the last 25 years, he has built important relationships with the company’s strategic suppliers. Additionally, he is the driving force behind Safelite’s windshield recycling program and patented steel pallet design. His background and experience brings intimate knowledge and understanding of the claims fulfillment process.

Prior to joining Safelite, Lanno served multiple management roles in the engineering and manufacturing disciplines in the housewares industry for Alcoa and Hamilton Beach Proctor-Silex. He was primarily responsible for managing small appliance design, production and sourcing functions in the United States and abroad. He possesses multiple design patents in small appliance design.

Lanno graduated from The University of Michigan with an Electrical Engineering degree and received his Master’s in Business Administration from Ohio University.

A resident of Columbus, Ohio, he is a member of the LifeCare Alliance board of directors, currently the Treasurer and is an active member of the finance and executive committees as well. In addition, he is a member of the Mission Emanuel board.

Thomas M. Feeney, President and CEO

Since joining Safelite Group in 1988, Tom Feeney has held several positions within the organization including senior vice president retail operations. In October 1991, Feeney was promoted to senior vice president, client sales and support and again in 2003 as executive vice president and chief client officer with responsibility for Safelite Solutions. Feeney became president and CEO of Safelite Group in 2008 and introduced a new vision for Safelite supported by two core principles: “People Powered, Customer Driven.”

Jon A. Cardi – Vice President, National Client Sales & Support, Safelite Solutions

Since joining Safelite in 1996, Jon Cardi has held several key positions including District Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager and Regional Vice President of Sales and Operations. In January 2006, Jon was promoted to his current position with responsibilities for leading Safelite’s National Account Management team focusing on key aspects of the company’s strategic insurance, commercial and government claims management business including client partnerships, business development and integrating field operations.

Andy Kipker - Vice President, Claims Management Services, Safelite Solutions

Since joining Safelite® Solutions in 1996, Andy Kipker has held a number of positions that have prepared him well for his current responsibilities. As controller of the SGC Network, he had the opportunity to work with our network partners and learn a great deal about the TPA business that is so crucial to a successful glass program. His primary responsibilities included oversight of all processing, auditing and billing of claims to our clients, as well as management of the largest network of glass shops in the industry. After his promotion to director of financial planning and Analysis, Kipker worked closely with Safelite’s retail and manufacturing team to maximize the company's financial investments and growth. Kipker was promoted to assistant vice president of credit and client Services in 2001, and he took over management of the SGC Network in 2002. Kipker was promoted to vice president of claims management and credit services in 2004.

Brian O’Mara - Vice President, Client Service Delivery, Safelite Solutions

Brian O’Mara is the vice president of client service delivery, including all national contact center operations, which consists of Safelite AutoGlass® retail customer calls and Safelite® Solutions insurance claims-related contact center services.   He has 32 years of contact center start-up and management experience. Since joining the Safelite team in 1991, Brian has been instrumental in managing the growth of Safelite’s national contact centers from a single operation with twelve associates to four operations and more than 2,000 associates today. During this time, he has participated in the development and management of virtually all of Safelite’s desktop systems, telecommunications architecture, and associate engagement programs.

His key responsibility is to provide the vision and supporting strategy that result in “world class” service and industry leading net promoter scores from the policy holders and customers his operations serve. O’Mara also has played a critical role in the development and management of virtually all of the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) programs that Safelite Solutions and sister company Alliance Claims Solutions® manage on behalf of property & casualty insurance carriers. As part of an international company, Belron®, Brian has an integral part in the development and sharing of best practices with operations in 35 other countries.
