Renee Cacchillo is a 20+ year veteran of the retail and consulting industry. Since joining Safelite in 2011, she’s held a variety of leadership roles in operations, advertising, digital, customer experience and technology. In 2019, she was promoted to EVP, Customer Experience Officer and in late 2021 became President and CEO.
Renee works closely with the senior leadership team, positioning Safelite as a People Powered, Customer Driven organization with the purpose of bringing unexpected happiness. She focuses Safelite’s 16,000 associates on delivering on the company’s vision and business goals while also making a difference in the lives of nearly 11 million customers each year.
Since joining Safelite in 1996, Jon Cardi has held several key leadership roles, including District Manager and Central States Regional Vice President. In 2006, Jon joined the Safelite Solutions team as VP Client Sales and Support with key client responsibilities. In 2009, Jon led Safelite’s National Account Management team focusing on key aspects of the company’s insurance, commercial and government business, including client partnerships, business development and integrating field operations.
In 2018, Jon assumed his current role of SVP, Strategic Client Sales and Support, leading the strategic insurance client team and field sales operations.
Brian O’Mara is the vice president of client service delivery, including all national contact center operations, which consists of Safelite AutoGlass® retail customer calls and Safelite Solutions insurance claims-related contact center services. He has 32 years of contact center start-up and management experience.
Brian's key responsibility is providing the vision and supporting strategy that result in “world class” service and industry leading net promoter scores from the policyholders and customers his operations serve. He also has played a critical role in the development and management of virtually all of the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) programs that Safelite Solutions manages on behalf of property & casualty insurance carriers.
Since joining Safelite in 2011, Reuben Lo has held key positions within the company overseeing strategic sales and business development as well as various areas of financial management including operations, strategic planning and corporate finance and governance.
In 2020, Reuben was named Vice President of Strategic Sales, where his data-driven approach and seasoned leadership skills enabled him to play a critical role in the development and management of Safelite’s high-performing sales team. His current role allows him to create and implement innovative solutions for strategic accounts in the insurance and fleet industries that will further improve the end user’s claim experience.
Since joining Safelite in 2010, Brett Wanner has been a significant contributor in numerous client-centered roles, starting as a Client Specialist and rising quickly to National Account Coordinator, Account Manager, National Account Manager, and Strategic Account Manager before his promotion in 2022 as AVP, National Accounts. Most recently, he managed client relationships for two of Safelite’s Top 10 insurance partners.
In his role as AVP, Brett also develops future talent within Safelite Solutions, rounding out the team's skillsets to deliver on Safelite’s commitment to clients. He’s most passionate about delivering process improvements that enhance the associate and customer experiences.
