Since joining Safelite Group in 1988, Tom Feeney has held several positions within the organization including senior vice president retail operations. In October 1991, Feeney was promoted to senior vice president, client sales and support and again in 2003 as executive vice president and chief client officer with responsibility for Safelite Solutions. Feeney became president and CEO of Safelite Group in 2008 and introduced a new vision for Safelite supported by two core principles: “People Powered, Customer Driven.”
Dino Lanno joined Safelite in 1989 and has held numerous leadership positions in the company overseeing manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing/distribution, logistics, sales, and field operations. Effective May 2015, Lanno was named senior vice president of the Safelite Solutions business unit, a multi-faceted vehicle and glass claims management service organization providing claims management solutions for the nation’s leading fleet and insurance companies.
Additionally, he is the driving force behind Safelite’s windshield recycling program and patented steel pallet design. His background and experience brings intimate knowledge and understanding of the claims fulfillment process.Contact Dino
Since joining Safelite in 1996, Jon Cardi has held several key positions including District Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager and Regional Vice President of Sales and Operations. In January 2006, Jon was promoted to his current position with responsibilities for leading Safelite’s National Account Management team focusing on key aspects of the company’s strategic insurance, commercial and government claims management business including client partnerships, business development and integrating field operations.
Brian O’Mara is the vice president of client service delivery, including all national contact center operations, which consists of Safelite AutoGlass® retail customer calls and Safelite Solutions insurance claims-related contact center services. He has 32 years of contact center start-up and management experience.
His key responsibility is to provide the vision and supporting strategy that result in “world class” service and industry leading net promoter scores from the policyholders and customers his operations serve. O’Mara also has played a critical role in the development and management of virtually all of the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) programs that Safelite Solutions manages on behalf of property & casualty insurance carriers.
Reuben Lo joined Safelite in 2011 with a diverse financial and operational background across many industries. As an innovative leader for Safelite® Solutions, Reuben Lo has developed and implemented financial discipline and key strategies to grow the commercial and wholesale business. Promoted to the General Manager of Service AutoGlass®, Safelite’s Wholesale business, in 2014, Reuben was able to quickly produce meaningful results, profitably growing the strategic business unit. In 2016, he was promoted to his current position leading the Commercial Sales in addition to Wholesale. In this role, Reuben’s key responsibility is to provide the vision of the company’s strategic commercial and government glass programs and collaborate with field operations to ensure high level of services are delivered.
